Besides the unexpected change to our Fall schedule, we continue to face many other challenges in our work. Visits to DPRK are necessary in order to confirm the arrival of goods, deliver training, complete renovation work, and care for patients – yet sometimes even the most careful plans must be revised, and revised again.
